Each Initial Consult session typically lasts 60 minutes. Follow Ups typically last 30 minutes. However, we offer both shorter and extended sessions based on individual needs and preferences.

Absolutely! After the Initial Consult for either NRT or Iridology we will have a Report of Findings which goes over everything that was found during the Initial Appointment. This will give you the steps you need to get started and feeling your best. Through the Practice Better App I am availalbe for questions as well through email. I want to be here to help support you as best I can while you get started on your program.

A consultation is used for your first time appointment and you are brand new to NRT. We do a health assessment so we have a baseline to work from.

A follow-up is all of the sessions after your initial consultation. We build your plan based on those initial health findings.

Absolutely, maintaining confidentiality is our utmost priority. All conversations and discussions during the session are kept strictly private and are never disclosed or shared with any third party.
